The South Western Road Club is a member-led social road cycling club with rides starting from Cobham, Effingham and Walton-on-Thames in Surrey. We ride on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with differing groups to cater for distance and speed preferences. The main focus is always on enjoying a social ride in good company, usually stopping at a lovely café for coffee and cake on route.
New members are warmly welcomed at any time of the year to join our 140 existing members. Just click the link above to join.
You are very welcome to join us for a couple of trial rides before deciding on membership. All our rides have a pre-planned route and a designated ride leader. Please contact the Club Runs Secretary to find a ride that suits you.

The SWRC has been running the May Flyer sportive for 26 years and the next event is planned for May 2026 (date TBC).
